The SS Thistlegorm Wreck is one of the best dive sites in the world and is actually considered by many as the
best Wreck dive in the World! The SS Thistlegorm is a World War 2 ship wreck located in the North of Red Sea in the Strait of Gubal. It is a former 128m long British transport ship sunk in 1941 after a German air attack.
The Thistlegorm was a ship in the British Merchant Navy. Built in 1940, it sank off the coast of Sinai in October 1941 during World War II. The wreck has become one of the most famous dive sites in the world. It is a must for anyone interested in wreck diving.
Sharm Smile Tour representative will pick you up by an air conditioned vehicle from your hotel Sharm El Sheikh at approximately 5.30am (exact details will be confirmed locally) to take you to the dock to get on the boat to the wreck of SS Thistlegorm. The Thistlegorm was a ship in the British Merchant Navy. Built in 1940, it sank off the coast of Sinai in October 1941 during World War II. On our trip includes two dives with professional guides, as well as lunch and drinks on the boat. The whole trip will be finished by the sunset.
P.S.
In case the diver does not dive for more than 6 months, so there will be a need for check-dive (Refreshment). This would be with extra cost 25$ P.P. The diver needs to have his open water certificate plus his logbook.
