Reservations for the full tour packages or the Nile Cruises should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a required tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25% (away from the peak seasons) or 50% (during the Christmas, Easter and New Year holidays) of the full price and we will give you a receipt for while the rest of the payment will be upon your arrival to Egypt (cash or by credit card).
While for the day tours (Except these which include air fare), there will be no worries about the payment. You can book your trip with Sharm Smile Tour from wherever and whenever and just pay when you arrive in Egypt.
The prices mentioned here for the trips are all in American Dollars (USD), but we also accept payments in Canadian Dollars, Euros, British Pounds and even Egyptian Pounds according to the current exchange rate in the Egyptian Banks. It is not recommended to change your money home to Egyptian Pounds and keep it until arriving in Egypt, as the rate is much better here
Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer, sent via Western Union or using any of our online payment systems by credit or debit cards (Visa or MasterCard). Payment should be received within 7 days of booking. Payment by Credit/Debit Cards will charge you more 3% added as a transaction fee.
If you will pay by the credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the pre-agreed services. These documents should be faxed or emailed to Sharm Smile Tour or be given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with your booking;
- A signed authorization letter to Sharm Smile Tour permitting the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit or debit card. The signature must match that appearing on your credit card and passport.
* Our Credit Card machines (pos) take payments just in Egyptian Pounds, Therefore we will convert the prices first in Egyptian Pounds according to the exchange rate on this day, and then we will have the payment.
